"Welcome to Valexel,
For more than 25 years, I’ve been fortunate to enjoy an exciting international career: national, regional, and global roles, in family-owned SMEs as well as Fortune 500 groups. On a personal scale, I felt like I was playing my own World Cup as an international executive: intense challenges, collective victories, and lessons at every step.
In 2022, after several years on a global executive committee, I decided to take a new step: to create Valexel, my strategy and international development consulting firm. I made the bold choice of starting from a blank sheet.
And in the end, this “nothing” turned into a remarkable entrepreneurial adventure.
Today, my mission is clear: to support leaders and CEOs — these true modern adventurers — in transforming complexity into clear and sustainable trajectories.
Leading an SME, a mid-sized company, or a start-up is not just about “selling more.” It’s about making daily decisions, taking risks, rallying teams, and above all, turning ambitions into tangible results.
